also Biologika und kleine Moleküle, geprägt.
Mittel einzusetzen.
Abstract
The following article discusses the relationship between
Anthroposophic Medicine (AM) and modern
guideline medicine (LLM) in the field of dermatology,
using psoriasis as an example. As in oncology and
other inflammatory diseases, the therapy of psoriasis
is increasingly characterised by targeted therapies,
i. e. biologics and small molecules.
LLM remedy finding involves complex molecular
bio logy and genetic studies at the substance level.
In contrast, the healing needs of psoriasis in AM are
derived from the anthroposophical view of man.
According to this understanding, in psoriasis, due to
too weak formative forces, there is an uncontrolled
overflow of metabolic forces in the sense of the
“parasitic hot spots” mentioned by Rudolf Steiner
and, as a consequence, chronic systemic inflammation
with acute exacerbations. In the article, the antiinflammatory
therapy with antibodies is contrasted
with the therapy concept of AM, which aims to centre
the metabolism in the lower human being and to use
forming and anti-inflammatory agents on the skin.
