christliche Medizin charakterisieren.
Abstract
Characterizing Anthroposophic Medicine as a Christian
medicine does not seem to be completely wrong,
although Rudolf Steiner never used this term. As
mistletoe played an important part in mythology, cult
and medicine of certain ancient pre-Christian cultures
and occupies a central position also in Anthroposophic
Medicine, the question arises as to what extent mistletoe therapy is compatible with the claim of a Christian
medicine. Dealing with this question can lead to a
deeper understanding of the complicated pharma -
ceutic process as well as of the special application of
anthroposophic mistletoe products in cancer therapy.
