Zusammenfassung
Die leiblichen Krankheiten ordnet R. Steiner seit 1920
nach einer klaren Systematik (akute Entzündung <-->
Geschwulst). Für die seelischen Krankheiten (visionärhalluzinatorischer
Typ I <--> ängstlich depressiver Typ II)
ist eine entsprechende Ordnung erst 1924 voll ent -
wickelt.
gebildet. Diese kann zu früh in das bewusste
Seelenleben eintreten und erscheint als paranoidhalluzinatorische
und manische Syndrome (Typ I).
Andererseits werden die ätherisch-geistigen Umweltimpulse
nicht genug abgetötet. Die lebendige Organsubstanz
wird dadurch zum „Bleibegerüst“ verfremdet
und verhärtet. Als Folge entstehen posttraumatische,
ängstliche und depressive Syndrome (Typ II).
Eine Zusammenschau dieser Prozessordnung und
Krankheitstypologie mit den gegenwärtigen psychiatrischen
Syndromen kann ein vertieftes Krankheitsverständnis
und eine davon ableitbare Therapie
eröffnen.
Abstract
From 1920 onwards Rudolf Steiner arranged physical
conditions of illnesses in a clear system (acute inflammation
<--> tumour). A corresponding system for
mental conditions (visionary and hallucinatory type I
<--> anxious and depressive type II) was only fully
developed by 1924. The two tendencies which we here
call the personal hallucination-based type I and the
foreign impulse-based type II are due to an ‘organ
development disorder’ of the lung, liver, kidney and
heart. The upper human being is before birth involved
in configuring these protein organs. After birth they
reflect the impulses taken up as memories from the
sense-perceptible world through perception and by
mental pictures. On the one hand, a ‘seed-like archetypal
substance’ is created in them. It may enter too
soon into the conscious mind and present as paranoid
and hallucinatory, manic syndromes (type I). On the
other hand, the etheric and spiritual impulses from
the environment are not adequately killed off. The live
substance of the organs is alienated and hardened
into a ‘permanent structure’ because of this. Post -
traumatic, anxious and depressive syndromes develop
in consequence (type II).
Looking at this process system and typology of diseases
together with the current psychiatric syndromes
(ICD-10 classification) can open up deeper
insight into these conditions and an approach to
treatment based on this
