Zusammenfassung
Asthma ist die häufigste chronische Erkrankung bei
Kindern. Verschiedene Einflüsse, insbesondere während
Schwangerschaft, Geburt und Säuglingszeit,
begünstigen die Auftrittswahrscheinlichkeit, z. B. Kaiserschnitt,
Antibiotika, Schmerzmittel, Rauchen, westlicher
Lebensstil. Gleichzeitig spielen Schutzfaktoren
Therapeutisch
wirksam sind ausgewählte anthroposophische
Präparate. Auch die konventionelle Therapie, derer
es im Einzelfall ergänzend bedarf, wird dargestellt.
Nichtmedikamentöse anthroposophische Therapien
werden ausführlich in Teil 3 dieses Artikels beschrieben.
Abstract
Asthma is the most common chronic condition in children.
Various factors, especially during pregnancy, birth
and in infancy favour the probability of its occurrence,
e.g. caesarean, antibiotics, pain relief medication, smoking,
Western lifestyle. At the same time protective factors
in early infancy play a particular role, e. g. natural
birth, breast feeding, living in the country, the anthroposophic
lifestyle, good development of sense of touch
and sense of life.
Healthy development of the astral body after the
Rubicon may be considered to be an important factor
in curing asthma. The view taken of the disease in anthroposophic
medicine points to the following requirements:
power of demarcation, digestion of foreign
matter, resilience, certainty and security, healthy degree
of body warmth, encouraging the development of
senses directed towards the body.
This leads to a rational approach to treatment, focussing
especially on a cure. Selected anthroposophic medicines
are effective, and conventional treatment, needed
as a complement in individual cases, is also discussed.
Non-medical anthroposophic treatments will be considered
in detail in part 3 of this paper.
