Zusammenfassung
Wundheilung spielt im perioperativen Setting eine
entscheidende Rolle. Die vier Phasen der Wundheilung – Hämostase, Entzündung, Granulation und
Maturation – sind durch vielfältige humorale und
zelluläre Abläufe bestimmt. Die anthroposophisch
erweiterte Sicht auf Vorgänge, die zu Aufbau, Regeneration
und Erhalt von Körperstrukturen führen, bildet
eine wertvolle Grundlage zum tieferen Verständnis
dieser Abläufe.
Abstract
Wound healing plays a crucial role in the perioperative
setting. The four phases of wound healing – hemostasis,
inflammation, granulation and maturation – are
determined by a variety of humoral and cellular processes.
The anthroposophically extended view of processes,
which lead to the formation, regeneration
and maintenance of body structures, forms a valuable
basis for a deeper understanding of these processes.
