Zusammenfassung
Es wird der ca 1-Jahres-Verlauf einer Patientin mit einem lymphoplasmozytoidem Lymphom dargestellt. Eine initiale Chemotherapie (Chlorambucil, nachfolgend Bendamustin) mußte wegen Progression der Grunderkrankung bzw. Unverträglichkeit abgebrochen werden. Die Patientin wünschte daraufhin eine ausschließlich anthroposophische Therapie. Nach einem neutropenischen Fieber, das ohne eine antibiotische Therapie behandelt wurde, trat unter dem anthroposophischen Behandlungskonzept eine Besserung der Grunderkrankung und des Allgemeinbefindens ein.
Abstract
The evolution over a period of c. one year is described of a female patient with lymphoplasmocytoid immunocytoma. Initial chemotherapy (Chlormabucil, Bendamustin) had to be discontinued as the primary condition progressed and because of intolerance. The patient then asked for exclusively anthroposophical treatment. Following a neutropenic pyrexia treated without antibiotics, the primary condition and general state of health improved with anthroposophical treatment.
