Zusammenfassung
Der folgende Artikel leitet mit
Reflexionen zum Trauma-Begriff,
zu Kausalität und Zeitkategorien
vor dem Hintergrund anthroposophischen
Denkens in das Thema
ein. Daran schließt sich die Betrachtung
verschiedener traumarelevanter
Aspekte an. Auch erkenntnistheoretische
Gesichtspunkte
werden diskutiert und
anhand des Emergenz-Begriffs
ein mehrgliedriges Menschenbild
begründet.
Die zentrale Bedeutung von Beziehung
als seelisch-geistiger
Wirkfaktor wird thematisiert. Auf
diesem Hintergrund werden anhand
von Steiners funktioneller
Dreigliederung des menschlichen
Organismus Gesichtspunkte für
die Psychotraumatherapie ent -
wickelt. Ziel einer solchen ist es,
den Patienten zur Ich-Wirksamkeit
anzuregen: durch ein Tätigwerden,
die Aktivierung seines
Willens im Denken und Fühlen,
beim Bewegen, Fokussieren
seines Bewusstseins und im
empfindenden Erleben.
Abstract
The subject is introduced by reflections
on the concept of trauma,
on the causality and time categories
against the background of
the anthroposophic view. Different
trauma-relevant aspects are
then considered. Epistemological
factors are discussed and the concept
of emergence helps to create
the basis for a multifaceted image
of man.
The central significance of relationship
as a factor influencing
soul and spirit is considered.
Points of view for psychotrauma
therapy are developed against this
background and in the light of
Steiner’s functional threefoldness
of the human organism. The aim
of psychotrauma therapy is to
encourage the patient to let the I
take effect: through activity, the
activation of the will part in his
thinking and feeling, in his movement,
focusing the mind and
sentient experience.
