umgehen. Diese Menschen sollen die im Leibe physiologisch
wirksamen Metallprozesse meditativ ergreifen.
Die Methodik hierzu wird in den Torquay-Vorträgen
1924 von Rudolf Steiner (GA 243) seiner Schülerin
Ita Wegman und damit allen anthroposophischen
Ärzten eröffnet. Dieser Weg sei „derjenige, den die Naturwissenschaft
fordert“, er führt zu einer Begegnung
mit dem Geistwesen Persephone.
Am Beispiel der Eisen- und Kupferphysiologie werden
erste Schritte beschrieben.
Abstract
The first step of meditating recommended in anthroposophy
is to focus the mind on ‘simple straightforward’
thoughts, symbols or mantric words. The second
is to experience the powers that move us, powers coming
from outside which also take effect in the living
body, feeling one’s way inwardly towards experiencing
them in a new way as weight, watery, airy and temperature
qualities. A further step needs to be taken by
everyone who is involved in the transformation of
earthly substances. They must in meditation grasp the
metal processes which are working in the body’s physiology.
Rudolf Steiner describes the method for this to
his pupil Ita Wegman and hence all anthroposophic
physicians in the lectures he gave in Torquay in 1924,
saying that this is the way of working ‘which is necessary
for natural science’, a way that led to an encounter
with the Persephone spirit.
First steps are described, with iron and copper physio -
logy as examples.
